Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, customers must contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with their order number.
• Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• COD orders cancelled repeatedly may lead to account suspension.
