Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For claims of damage, missing product, or wrong product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will verify it and then process the refund or exchange.
  • If the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, customers may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
